Something as simple as trying to call the parents of a student can turn into a nightmare quickly. Sometimes the headache is just a waste of time and effort from calling one parent, failing to reach him/her, and then having to call the other one, only to ultimately have to leave a voicemail because neither picked up. Other times is the true disaster of calling the non-custodial parent for that particular day, only to then have the custodial parent call back the next day to scream at the school’s staff because they didn’t call the correct parent. None of this is good for anyone.
Co-Parent Hub completely eradicates these headaches, with zero effort from the school.
How does it work?
It’s actually quite simple. When co-parents use the Co-Parent Hub app, they are given a phone number (Co-Phone) and email (Co-Email) that will deliver all calls, texts, and emails to BOTH parents instantaneously. There’s no need for the school staff to figure out which parent to call or email, because when the co-parents have put the Co-Email and Co-Phone on file, the school simply uses that information and is able to reach both parents simultaneously. No extra fuss is required.
When a school needs to talk to one or both of the parents of a student, they simply call the Co-Phone on file. The Co-Phone rings both parents at the same time. Whichever co-parent picks up, wins the call and will have the conversation. Once the call ends, both co-parents will receive a recording of the call so they are both fully informed.
Co-Email works in much the same way. Any time a school staff member needs to email the parent(s) of a student, that email will be sent to both co-parents at the same time. All the co-parents have to do is put the Co-Email on file with the school instead of their direct, personal email addresses. This way the school does the same thing is always does, but is able to keep both co-parents informed automatically.
Co-Parent Hub is truly the easiest way to avoid a huge amount of conflict and headache for co-parents and schools alike.
Healthy Co-Parent Relationships Create Happy Kids
Co-Parent Hub gives co-parents tools that help to reduce conflict and promote healthy relationships. Since most couples AND co-parents fight about money, communication, and parenting, we provide tools to help with all three areas. We’ve already talked about the communication piece, but Co-Swaps and Co-Expense round out the conflict-busting trio.
By using Co-Expense to track shared expenses, and Co-Swap to track parenting-time swaps, two major sources of conflict are all but eliminated. Rather than a constant stream of negative interactions coloring each co-parents perception of the other, Co-Parent Hub allows them to stay more neutral and to focus on issues of more importance.
