Help Your Clients to Co-Parent Better
Co-parenting can be challenging, and when communication breaks down, it can lead to conflict and a negative impact on the whole family. Fortunately, Co-Parent Hub offers a solution to eliminate many of the interactions that cause strain in co-parenting relationships. We stop the fighting before it even starts.
How Does It Work?
Co-Parent Hub assigns a phone number (Co-Phone) and email address (Co-Email) to co-parents. Calls, SMS messages, and emails are routed to both parents simultaneously, so neither parent is left in the dark, and neither parent is responsible for keeping the other informed. This approach can help avoid significant sources of conflict and improve co-parenting abilities.
But Wait, There’s More!
Co-parenting involves more than just communication, and that’s why Co-Parent Hub offers additional tools to address the other common sources of conflict: money and custody. With each Co-Parent Hub account, users gain access to Co-Swap and Co-Expense.
Co-Expense
Co-Expense is a useful tool that tracks shared expenses and streamlines the process of settling debts. Co-parents can submit expenses that are meant to be split, and receipts can be uploaded as proof. The expenses are organized in a clear list, making it easy to see how much is owed by each parent. Rather than having to go through each expense line-by-line, Co-Parent Hub allows for a single payment to settle all debts, saving time and reducing the potential for conflicts.
Co-Swap
Co-Swap simplifies planning custody swaps by breaking the process into two parts. Co-parents request swaps, and when approved by the other parent, the swapped time goes into the losing-parent’s Swap Bank, like an IOU system. The parents can monitor how far out of balance the custody time has gotten and adjust accordingly. This approach helps avoid elaborate negotiations and keeps parents from acting out of fear of losing custodial time.
A key benefit of this approach is that it helps to avoid negotiations and helps keep the parents from acting out of fear because they know that the time will be properly recorded and an historical record will always be able to be referenced.
As you can see, Co-Parent Hub is an ideal tool for helping your clients to avoid conflict and in turn, be better co-parents.
Does It Really Work?
Yes! Co-Parent Hub was created by Alex Pelli, a single dad of two wonderful girls. After his divorce, he cobbled together a combination of other services to create a prototype of the Co-Parent Hub app we know and love today.
